Last updated: 24 August 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how LUMMON LTD ("the Company", "we", "us") handles information in connection with the Lummosoft Learning Training Platform Android application (the "App"). The App is designed to help users manage and review training-readiness data locally on their device.
The App stores and manages review information, including category check statuses, optional notes, issue clusters, and generated action items, so that users can inspect training items and export or share a locally generated summary. The App operates on a local-first basis: the core workflow is performed on the device, and the App does not require an account or cloud syncing to function.
Local App Data
The App stores the following types of information locally on your Android device: saved reviews, including review boards, category statuses, and optional notes; local export summaries and copied summaries; locally generated issue clusters and action-pack completion state; and review metadata, such as the review name and last edited date. This information is stored on the device as part of the App's core functionality. It is not automatically transmitted to the Company. You control this data and can delete individual reviews or clear all local App data through the App's settings or by uninstalling the App.
User-Initiated Export and Sharing
The App allows you to export, copy, or share locally generated summaries using Android system actions, such as the share sheet. These actions occur only when you choose to initiate them.
When you export or share a summary, the data leaves the device only through the method you select (for example, a messaging app, email, or cloud storage service you choose). The Company does not receive this data as part of the core workflow, and the App does not automatically send information to the Company.
External Services
The App may open external Android services when you select certain actions, such as opening a website in a browser, composing an email, or viewing a location in a maps app. These actions are user-initiated and are not performed automatically by the App.
Those external services operate under their own privacy practices. The Company encourages you to review the privacy policies of any third-party services you choose to use.
What the App Does Not Include
The App does not require login or account registration, does not use cloud synchronisation, and does not provide payment or subscription functionality. It also does not provide monetisation features.
Data Not Automatically Collected
The core workflow of the App is local to your device. The App does not automatically transmit local content to the Company.
Because the App does not require personal identity information for its core workflow, you are not asked to provide a name, email address, or similar identifiers to use the App. However, user-created local content, such as notes or attached files, may contain personal information if you choose to enter it. This content remains on your device unless you export, copy, or share it manually.
Deletion and Retention
You can delete individual reviews or clear all locally stored App data using the controls provided in the App.
Local data remains on the device until you delete it, clear the App's data through Android settings, or uninstall the App. Exported files remain wherever you choose to save or share them, and you are responsible for managing those copies.
Security
Users are responsible for maintaining the security of their own device and any exported or shared files. While local data is stored on the device, no method of storage or transmission is completely secure, and users should take reasonable precautions to protect their information.
Important Use Notice
The App's outputs are based on user-entered observations and are intended for informational and practical review and planning support only. They are not formal educational accreditation, compliance, or legal determinations, and they do not constitute legal, financial, insurance, or regulatory advice. You should not rely on the App's outputs as a substitute for professional advice or certification processes.
Children's Privacy
The App is intended for users aged 13 and above and is not directed to children under 13. The Company does not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13. If the Company becomes aware that it has inadvertently collected personal information from a child under 13, it will take reasonable steps to delete or address such information.
UK and EEA Data Rights
If you are located in the United Kingdom or the European Economic Area, you may have rights under applicable data protection legislation, including the right to access, correct, restrict, or delete personal data, where such rights apply under law.
Because the App operates locally and does not transfer personal data to the Company as part of its core workflow, you can usually manage or delete locally stored data directly on your device by using the App's controls, clearing the App's data through Android settings, or uninstalling the App. If you have questions about your rights or wish to exercise them, you may contact the Company using the details below.
Policy Updates
This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time to reflect changes in practices or for other operational, legal, or regulatory reasons. When the policy changes, the revision date at the top of this document will be updated accordingly. Users who wish to review the most recent version may contact the Company using the details provided in the Contact section.
